The objective of this training is to empower learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to design and implement a medical device management policy, manage healthcare technology and healthcare technology support staff in a hospital or healthcare organisation effectively. Throughout the course, learners will be encouraged to consider the risk, financial, effectiveness and efficiency implications of various implementation methods and models for managing the healthcare technology, and the healthcare technology management team.
